Fluttering Color
Lace curtains dominated by the wind chill, my mother becoming more beautiful with
makeup.
As a house painter, he was a man, but he had always loved beautiful and beautiful
things.
It wasn't that he wanted to be a woman, but he kept himself hidden from the eyes of
those around him that he had such a heart.
One day, when he looked in the mirror to get ready as usual, what he saw was not himself
in his usual earthy work clothes, but what he really wanted to be.

風邪に靡くレースのカーテン、母がメイクをして美しくなっていく様子。
ハウスペインターである彼は、男性であったが昔から綺麗なものや美しいものが好きだった。別に女性になりたいわけではなかったが、そういった心を持っている自分を周りの目を気にして隠し続けてきた。
ある日、彼がいつものように身支度をしようと鏡を見ると、そこに映ったのは普段の土臭い作業着を着た自分ではなく、彼が本当になりたい姿だった。

I am hiding who I want to be because of what others think of me.
I want to express my true self, just 0.5 from who I am now, without being constrained by
a framework.
I can be the heart and soul of the person who wears them.
Clothes that respect such diversity.

周りの目を気にしてなりたい自分を隠している。本来の自分を表現するために、今の自分から0.5だけでいいから、枠組みにとらわれずにいたい。
着る人の心の拠り所になれる。
そんな多様性を尊重する服。
Designer/Brand bio
Born in Kenya, Africa in 1999. Born to an insect researcher father and beekeeper mother, he was exposed to foreign cultures and nature from an early age. 2018 enrolled in Shinshu University, Department of Architecture. 2020 dropped out of university to enroll in Vantan Design Institute.
1999年アフリカケニア生まれ。昆虫の研究者である父と養蜂家の母との間に生まれ、幼少期から海外の文化や自然と触れ合うことが多かった。2018年信州大学建築学科入学。2020年に大学を中退しバンタンデザイン研究所に入学。
